On Sunday 12 July 2026, Montecopiolo will once again host the Functional Foot Trek, an immersive experience combining trekking, wellbeing and body awareness.

An approximately 8 km hike through the area’s natural landscapes, designed to rediscover the relationship between the body and nature through the correct use of the foot – a fundamental element for balance, posture and injury prevention.

Accompanied by two qualified instructors, participants will take part in a trek featuring three practical stations dedicated to foot function, breathing and the diaphragm, and techniques to improve movement and prevent injuries.

The meeting point is at 8.30 am at the Bubble Inn Eco Village (Villa Santa Rita), with the activity due to finish at around 4.00 pm.

To take part, we recommend bringing trail or hiking boots, summer clothing, walking poles, at least one litre of water and a snack.

At the end of the experience, you can take part, subject to booking, in a light lunch with access to the swimming pool at the Bubble Inn Eco Village.
